DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, you get free shipping of order above 25 euros on any product that you buy from us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The costumer has the option if it is in Greece to make the transfer with a COD, but in other countries it is only by card for a safe and secure purchase. Costumer can also choose for their convince to pay with Apple Pay & PayPal.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Costumer have the choice to get their package where ever they want, you need to apply your correct address with the correct contact information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CONTACT INFO IS NOT CORRECT?
If the contact information that you provided is wrong, we will inform you with the email that you gave us. If your email & address is wrong, the package will not be delivered. You can always provide the right information by contacting us at info@sleetcandle.com so we can transfer the package safely in to your destination. Please provide the order number at the email, so the progress gets faster. Before sending the package, we will need to verify that the package is yours to proceed ahead.
